Welcome to the Why Worry Hounds Web Site

MFH and Huntsman, George ThomasThe Why Worry Hounds were founded in 1996 as a small "farmer's pack". We were registered with the Masters of Foxhounds America (MFHA) in 2000, and formally recognized as a hunt in 2003.

Why Worry is a very relaxed hunt with an open, friendly atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoy our hounds and the commaraderie of hunting.

Our hunt country consists of the beautiful sandhills in Aiken, Edgefield and Allendale counties in South Carolina; as well as some lovely property in Burke county Georgia.

We love to have visitors. Come join us and let us show you how fun foxhunting can be!

Every day hunting is a good day -- why worry?
